First, to prevent material blockage, in the production should be based on the requirements of the jaw crusher for the crushed material, the appropriate material should be evenly injected into the crushing chamber, the input material should not be too much, and the water-containing material should be pretreated. At the same time, it is forbidden to enter the crushing cavity by non-broken hard objects, otherwise it will cause damage to the equipment and even cause the jaw crusher to be forced to s*.

Second, regular inspection of equipment components
1. Check the working voltage. If the jaw crusher is unstable or too low, it is easy to s* the equipment. Therefore, the working voltage of the jaw crusher should be checked regularly and adjusted in time to meet the requirements of the working voltage of the main engine.

2. Check if the parts are loose. If the eccentric shaft tightening bushing is loose, the eccentric shaft will be stuck, resulting in equipment downtime. In addition, if any other components are loose, it will affect the normal operation of the equipment. Therefore, in the production should pay attention to check whether the components are loose, to ensure the firm inst ation of the components.

3. Check the tightness of the V-belt. If the V-belt is too loose, it will not provide enough power for the operation of the equipment. If it is too tight, the belt will be ly easy to break and it will affect the operation of the jaw crusher. Therefore, before each start of the machine and during the crushing process of the equipment, it is necessary to check whether the tightness of the belt is appropriate.
