However, many users find that sometimes even at full capacity, they still feel that the capacity of the crusher is not high enough to achieve the production state. 1. Keep the tight side discharge opening parameters unchanged
To stabilize the output, quality and production line load of sand and gravel products, the * thing to ensure is that the parameters of the conical crusher's tight side discharge outlet are unchanged, otherwise it will easily cause the product size to increase unexpectedly, which will affect the entire production line system and output.
It is recommended that the tight side discharge port parameters are recommended to be checked every shift.

2. Try to keep running "full cavity"
If a cone crusher is "hungry" or "full" due to unstable feeding and other factors, the product grain shape and product rate will also fluctuate. The half-cavity cone crusher is unsatisfactory in terms of gradation and needle shape.

It is recommended that sand and gravel producers try to ensure that the cone crusher runs in full cavity, and do not overfeed the material to obtain better throughput and grain shape. This is especi y important for the third-stage cone crusher (short-head cone crusher) for the product.

3. Don't feed too little
Giving only a sm amount of raw materials will not reduce the burden of cone crushing. On the contrary, too few raw materials will not only damage the output of the product and the grain shape, but also have an adverse effect on the bearings of the cone crusher.

According to the working principle of cone crusher, the actual power of cone crusher should not be less than 40% of the rated power. In order to obtain proper "load bearing positioning" and maximize productivity, the actual power of cone crusher should be kept between 40%-100% of rated power, and 75%-95% of rated power during operation is a choice. Operation beyond the rated power will affect the service life of the cone crusher and cause various problems.

4. The drop point of the feeding material needs to be aligned with the inlet point of the cone crusher
It is recommended to use a vertical deflector to guide the material drop point at the cone crusher inlet. Once the drop point is eccentric, one side of the crushing cavity is full with no material or less material on the other side, which will result in lower crusher throughput, increased needle-shaped products, and large product particle size.

Improper operation: Once this happens, the operator tends to reduce the parameters of the tight side discharge port, trying to make the crusher produce products of the target particle size, but this is easy to cause overload on the side with too much material, adjustment ring bounce, etc. If things go on like this, if things go on like this, it will cause problems such as tilting, tilting, and damage to the base of the adjustment ring, resulting in er production losses.
