1. Improper assembly
(1)During assembly, improper assembly between the bearing outer ring and the bearing seat hole or between the bearing inner ring and the shaft.
During the assembly process, the inner hole was not ground and the dimensions were measured, and then a new bearing was replaced for assembly. After the test was run, it was found that the temperature rise was too high. When dismantling the inspection volume, it was found that the bearing seat hole was deformed, causing the outer ring of the bearing to be squeezed, resulting in a sm er radial clearance of the bearing, uneven rotation of the rolling elements, and increased wear. The clearance between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft is too large, the inner ring of the bearing rotates with the rolling elements and the shaft, and the frictional force causes the bearing to heat up and vibrate.
(2)Improper control of bearing heating temperature during assembly.
When the temperature of the bearing heater is too high during the heating operation, it can cause tempering and reduce hardness and accuracy, which can increase the bearing temperature and cause increased bearing wear and damage.
(3)Improper adjustment of bearing clearance during assembly.
In actual work, many devices can sometimes only be debugged by feel, and the gap is too large or too sm to meet production needs. If the axial clearance is too sm , it is easy to cause the bearing to heat up, accelerate pitting, and even cause the rolling elements to get stuck or destroy the combination; if the axial clearance is too large, the impact force of the moving pair will increase and the rigidity will decrease, which will lead to running in production. Unusual sounds can even cause violent vibrations or damage the cage.
2. Oil seal problem
The oil seal is a sealing element used to seal the oil of the rotating shaft in the mechanical equipment, and the cavity is basic y static, so the oil seal is also c ed the rotating shaft lip seal. For oil seals with auxiliary lip, the auxiliary lip acts as a dustproof and prevents the intrusion of impurities to prolong the life of the oil seal. However, the auxiliary lip is usu y poorly lubricated and has high friction, resulting in dry friction and damage to the oil seal, so when inst ing a double-lip oil seal, make sure to fill the gap between the lips with grease.
3. The problem of disparity
During assembly, if the dimensions of the gasket are not carefully checked and the assembly tested, the temperature will rise rapidly after a while. The size of the bearing outer ring is determined by the end cap and the s* of the bearing housing. The size of the spacer is reduced, the size of the inner ring will be adjusted by the round nut, which will be compressed, and the axial play of the bearing will become sm er, which will cause it to generate heat during operation.
