1. Check if the bottom fixing bolt of the jaw crusher is tight. If the bolt is loose during operation, the equipment will not be inst ed stably, which will cause equipment vibration. Therefore, in the production we have to check the firmness of the foundation bolts and find that the looseness should be tightened in time.
2. If the spindle of the jaw crusher is not balanced, or if it is overloaded for a long time, it will cause serious bending deformation of the spindle, which will cause the equipment to vibrate. At this point we have to correct the spindle in time, if it can not be corrected, we need to replace the new spindle in time.
3. If the swinging is too large, the fuselage will be abnorm y vibrated. Therefore, the conveyor belt with the same size as the cushion plate is added between the adjusting pads as a cushion to reduce the swinging pressure of the moving jaw and reduce the vibration within a certain range. . In order to prevent the adjustment pad from picking up, it is also necessary to weld two pressure plates on the adjustment pad.
4. Improper inst ation of bearings, unreasonable bearing clearance or damage to bearings can also cause vibration of the equipment body. The treatment method is to check the bearing clearance, adjust to the appropriate clearance, and replace the new bearing components if the bearing is damaged. At the same time, the lubrication of the bearing should be done in the production to reduce the vibration caused by the bearing damage.
