　　Jaw crusher is widely used in various ore crushing, railway, highway, energy, cement, chemical, construction and other industries. During the operation of jaw crusher, various adverse factors may cause machine failure. Failures should be promptly eliminated and repaired. 　　1. Poor discharging particle size

　　We know that jaw crusher crushes materials by squeezing the moving and fixed jaw plates. Therefore, when the discharging particle size is uneven, we should * check whether the jaw plate is worn. If the jaw plate is found to be unevenly worn, the jaw plate can be welded and leveled. If the wear is ly severe, it is recommended to replace the jaw plate.

　　2. Abnormal sound or abnormal vibration of the equipment inside the crushing chamber

　　If the jaw crusher vibrates abnorm y during operation, it may be that the feed particle size is too large or the feed is uneven. The feed size should be controlled not to exceed the specified value, and uniform feed should be ensured. It should also be checked whether it is caused by loose equipment bolts, especi y the anchor bolts and bearing seat bolts.

　　If abnormal noise is found inside the crushing chamber during operation, * of , it should be ruled out whether unbreakable materials have entered the crushing chamber. The crushing chamber should be cleaned by s*ping the machine. If no abnormal crushing objects are found, it is possible that the parts inside the crushing chamber are damaged or broken. 　　The bearing is an important component that drives a piece of equipment to work, so the bearing temperature should be paid attention to during operation. If the bearing temperature is too high during operation, it may be that the usual lubrication work is not done well, or the quality of the lubricating oil used is not guaranteed. If the bearing is damaged due to long-term use, it should be replaced in time, otherwise it will cause more serious consequences.

　　4. The machine works but the bearing does not rotate

　　If the transmission part of the jaw crusher is found to be working but the bearing does not move after the jaw crusher equipment is turned on, it should be checked whether the V-belt is too loose and slipping, and the V-belt tension should be readjusted. It should also be checked whether the bearing is damaged. If damaged, it should be replaced in time; or whether the long-tooth gear is damaged. If it is found that it is due to the gear, the gear should be s*ped immediately and replaced.

　　The main factor causing the crusher to stuff is too much feeding, which leads to overloading of the crusher. In this case, the feeding should be s*ped immediately, the crushing chamber should be emptied, and the cause should be found and handled correctly.
