The phenomenon of material compaction occurs in the crushing cavity of the jaw crusher. We need to find the reason in time and deal with the main reasons that lead to the compaction of the material in the crushing cavity of the jaw crusher. There are three main reasons, as follows:

 1, Improper operation of staff
The improper operation of the staff and the unreasonable adjustment of some devices have caused the material compaction in the jaw crusher. The granularity of the finished product and the discharge port of the jaw crusher can be adjusted within the normal range, if it exceeds the adjustment Within the range, the discharging capacity will decrease rapidly. At this time, the material is continuously injected into the material inlet, resulting in compaction of the material in the crushing cavity.

2,The moisture content of the material is too high
Excessive moisture in the material will also cause compaction of the material in the cavity in the jaw crusher. The crushed materials have too much moisture, high humidity and no drying pretreatment. When they are directly put into the crushing cavity, the materials will become sticky and reduce the unblocking degree of discharge, which will cause more and more materials stuck in the cavity and pressure will appear. This is a real phenomenon, so we pre-dry the wet materials, try our * to control the moisture content of the materials, or put dry and wet materials into the crushing cavity in a reasonable combination.

3, The internal speed of the jaw crusher is too high
The internal speed of the jaw crusher is not as fast as possible. Too high speed not only fails to reach the output value, but also reduces the quality of the crushed stone. Too high a speed will directly shorten the discharge time, resulting in accumulation of materials in the cavity and compaction. The countermeasure to the cause of this failure is to adjust the rotation speed reasonably. When the rotation speed of the jaw crusher is high, reduce the speed by adjusting the rotation speed ratio, so that the discharge time can be prolonged, and the stone crushing work of the jaw crusher can return to normal .
