After a lot of research on bearing service life, various bearing manufacturers have proposed amendments to the traditional calculation method of bearing life, proposed the use of grease lubrication, and recommended the use of lithium-based synthetic oil with a penetration of No. 2 as the grease.

When the bearings are lubricated with grease, labyrinth seals are commonly used. Depending on the sealing position, the labyrinth can be radial or axial. Gener y, radial seals are easier to arrange. For large-size jaw crushers, because of the large deflection of the eccentric shaft, it is easy to cause labyrinth collision, so a larger gap is used. In order to enhance the sealing effect of the labyrinth, a grease adding hole can be set in the labyrinth, and hard grease can be added to seal the bearing.
